I have learnt alot from these MM forums, from your advice and from the training DVDs. I lift with a group of guys in Melbourne Australia- we now all follow the MM template for all 3 lifts- and we have had amazing results. We all lift with IPF and are non-enhanced- I started following the MM bench approach in July- my bench went from 420lbs to 501lbs in 15 weeks. All of the lifters have put at least 40lbs on their bench and slightly more on their squat. Our group of 5 now includes 4 national champs, and 2 national record holders.
