This is a real great look into Powerlifting Today. I really had a great time filming and editing this DVD. On this vol we Revisit some extra footage from the 2006 Arnold Classic. Always a pleasure to watch some of the best lifters in the world hitting the biggest #s ever seen. There is Great shots of the lightweights and the girls along with some of the heavyweight Deadlifts.Also on this Volume The 2005 Asylum Power Meet I competed in this meet but was till able to get some great shots thanks to Janet Faraone and Cassandra Seymour for filming. Next onto Lake George NY for the 2005 APF Rexroad Memorial Full Power at Adirondack Barbell Club This is a big Winter meet and there was some huge lifting. Next it is off to the Metal Militia Training Compound to train with Some Metal Militia Girls Anita Ramsey , Cassandra Seymour, And Bench Phenom Janet Faraone train in their bench shirts for the upcoming Metal MIlitia World Bench Wars. A Really great DVD that I know you all will enjoy.

I have finally finished USM 11! After many Tech problems I finally got together a really decent DVD.I just finished watching USM 11 on my TV and I love it!! This Vol was a real pleasure to make and is a testament to my travel schedule these past few months. In this Vol of USM, Peter Mylnarcik and I travel to Seattle WA to visit Tommy Fannon and many other really cool people in WA.Peter lifts in the outlaw Meet and totals a good # for his first full meet. Then this special edition USM heads out to OHIO for the 2006 Arnold Classic. I took lots of real cool video from many different angles of lifting and some strongman. There was some really Amazing Lifts at the Arnold this year and I was very happy to have gone. I know everyone will enjoy seeing vid from this trip as much as I do. Next I travel to North Carolina for a Bench Press Seminar. This out take covers bench shirt training and technique. A Really great DVD that I know you all will enjoy. <UNDERGROUND STRENGTH MAGAZINE  VOLUME 9
A long time in the making, vol 9 was the product of the feedback from USM viewers. While the meets were great most USM fans wanted to see more training. Time after time I had people come up to me and say, "Hey I loved the training with Hank Sargent in Vol 3!" or "The footage of the Metal Militia workouts is great."

I have been training for a full meet along with Peter Mlynarcik, Jenny Burkey, Peter Resatar, Sam Luciano and many other lifters. I have put a week by week view into our training in the bench and in the squat into this volume. This is some really great video of how we are training these movements.

I have also put out a request for lifters to send me Video of their training so that people around the world can see their lifting on The Underground Strength Magazine. This Volume Scott Yard stepped up and sent me in some crazy bench training from Club Natural in PA. Scott has benched 735@275 in the junior class. He and his teammates take viewers thru some very strong raw work followed by some boards and some heavy bench shirt work. I can see people looking back at this video in a few years when Scott is doing some real crazy numbers. He is very strong!! Most big benchers don't mature until their 30's.

Back on track with Vol 8 .This is a really great DVD with some really cool Full Meet video from The Metal Militia Full Power Wars, the big summer meet for the Metal Militia made for some great lifting video. Lots of great lifting by girls and some big benches put up by the men. Also on this DVD:
• Video from the Metal Militia World Bench Wars, one of the biggest bench meets in the world.
• Lots of 600+ benches and some 700+ and 800+.
• USAPL lifters EC Stumpf and Sean Culnan go thru a bench training day at the Metal Militia Training Compound along with EC's soon to be wife Maria who is benching 225+ in the 123s.
• Sebastian Burns goes thru a Metal Militia Raw bench day and shows some exercises to help the bench press.
Special on this DVD is some old video I shot a few years ago at Nazareth Barbell Training with a bunch of cool people. All in all this is a great DVD and if you liked any of the past volumes you will love this one also! Underground Strength Magazine Vol 6
I just finished underground strength Vol 6 and it is definitely one of the best. This Vol has lots of vid from My trip to the Arnold. I got some really great shots from both days and some real cool shots of the Bench Only from right on stage and the heavyweight powerlifting. For the training segment Cassy Seymour shows how she uses bands to train the deadlift lockout. If you have trouble locking out deads this is a great workout for you .Also Carl Seekers Beast of the North East BP/DL This meet is in it’s 20th year and it was a real great time had by all along with some great lifting. A special guest lifter on this Vol is Katrina Murancanova (Metal Militia Slovakian Chapter) 165lb WPC world champion in the Bench press.This girl is an amazing lifter from Slovakia who has come to the home of the Metal Militia to learn the bench secrets of the Metal Militia.
