App Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the CHXNDLER mobile app ("the app") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The app is published by Underground Strength and Wellness LLC ("we", "us") on behalf of the artist CHXNDLER.

What we collect

Booking requests. When you send a booking request, we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number (optional), event date, venue or city, event type, budget (optional) and your message. We use them only to reply to your request and plan the event. The app sends the request as an email from your own email account (or through another app you choose to share it with), so it reaches us like any email you send us.

Saved on your phone only. Your favorites, your merch bag and a copy of the booking requests you sent are stored on your device so you can see them later. They are never sent to us, and deleting the app removes them.

What we do not collect. The app has no user accounts. It does not collect your location, contacts, photos, browsing history or payment card details, and it does not use advertising or cross-app tracking.

Purchases and links to other services

Song previews are streamed from Apple's servers. Full songs open in Apple Music, and song purchases happen in the iTunes Store. Merch checkout happens on the I'm Drunk Apparel store (imdrunkapparel.com, powered by Shopify). Other links open Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, Spotify, chxndler.com and the websites of the artist's partners. Those services collect information under their own privacy policies, and we do not receive your payment details from them.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for advertising. Booking requests are delivered by email to the artist's booking team. Anyone who receives or handles your request on our behalf, including the booking team and our email provider, must protect it as described in this policy. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking requests for as long as needed to respond and to keep records of booked events, and no longer than 12 months after your last message, unless the law requires longer.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing kevinmschneider@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have additional rights, and you can exercise them through the same email.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Security

The app connects to its services over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Booking requests travel as email from your own email account, so they are also protected by your email provider's security. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version at this address and update the effective date.
