Complete Intake Forms
We are a walk-in clinic open 10:00 am to 6:00 pm weekdays. We see new patients from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays Monday through Friday. Walk in and speak with one of our team members to fill out your new patient paperwork today. No appointment necessary!
Get Labwork done
Baseline records assess hormone levels are needed. Initial labs are drawn in clinic. We also accept lab work from the past 90 days and encourage sharing medical records from other providers.
Begin Treatment
One of our Nurse Practitioners will consult with you to create a tailored treatment plan. Our medical support team will also be on hand to address any additional questions or concerns you may have.
Depending on which therapy you are doing, medications can be administered in-clinic or will be delivered directly to you by mail.
